SNOW CREAM BOURBON SUNDAE:
Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon
1 qt. Eggnog
1 pt. Heavy whipping cream (whipped)
1 tsp. Vanilla
TO MAKE BOURBON CARAMEL: Simmer 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water on medium heat, swirling pan until amber in color (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream. Place back on still-warm burner. Add pinch of salt and 1 tbsp. bourbon. Transfer to a heat-safe dish and let cool. Store covered in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature or heat before serving.
TO MAKE COCKTAIL: Combine eggnog, whipping cream and vanilla and freeze. Recipe makes 20 half cup servings. Scoop and serve over 1 oz. of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon. Drizzle with bourbon caramel and sprinkle grated nutmeg.
